Honey Sriracha Salmon

Instructions

  1. Bring all but the salmon to a simmer and reduce by 1/2.
  2. Baste the salmon with the glaze, then roast until the salmon internal temperature is 125.
  3. Plate the salmon, garnish with the remaining glaze, and serve hot.
