Honey Sriracha Salmon
serves 4
Ingredients
1 lb salmon fillets
2 T soy sauce
1 T lime juice
1 t sriracha
1 T honey
1/2 t garlic powder
Instructions
Bring all but the salmon to a simmer and reduce by 1/2.
Baste the salmon with the glaze, then roast until the salmon internal temperature is 125.
Plate the salmon, garnish with the remaining glaze, and serve hot.
